A La Imperiale was a construction system for making aircraft. It appears to be the same as the Bral Aero system. It was made in Italy by Bral in (probably) the 1940s.

Known from an ad in a MECCANICO manual said to be from the 1940s. The parts look like standard BRAL Aero and that is the source of the data shown here.
